Very good flavour! However, I believe they use dried noodle instead of fresh one. I will try their rice noodle the next time

I love the Guizhou style vegan noodles. This is the best I can find outside of Guizhou, China. I have not been able to go back to China for two years. It is truly emotionally satisfying to find Chef Rong's cooking. The noodles taste like what I had in Guiyang. The taste is truly authentic, spicy, and flavorful. They make their own chily sauce which is so delicious! We went there twice during our short visit! Highly recommended. The portion size is generous.

Savoring Authentic Flavors: It truly delivers on its promise of authentic Guizhou flavors. The menu offers a range of spice levels, from mild to small and medium spicy. I attempted to order the large spicy option but it wasn't available during my visit. Aroma Over Intensity: What stood out was the spiciness of the soup base. Rather than being overwhelmingly fiery, it leaned towards aromatic, making it an excellent choice for those who enjoy the essence of spiciness without the extreme heat. Delicious Noodles: The star of the show was, undoubtedly, the noodles. They struck the perfect balance between softness and mouthfeel. Each bite was a delightful journey of flavors and textures that left a lasting impression. Bonus Chili Oil: If you're a fan of extra spice, it offers additional chili oil at the shop. What's surprising is that it's not just spicy but also incredibly flavorful, with crispy chili bits that add a delightful crunch to your noodles. Note on Deposit: It's important to be aware that it operates with a CA$10 deposit per bowl. However, don't worry; you can easily reclaim this deposit by returning the bowl to the shop after finishing your meal. It's a simple process that ensures the restaurant's bowls are properly managed.

Fantastic tasting beef broth. So good; I slurped it dry. By far one of the best tasting Beef Tendon and Tripe Rice Noodle dish I ever had. Tendon and Tripe was not too soft. It had just the right bite to it. There was a bit of pickled cabbage that added to the taste of the beef broth. (I’m a big fan of pickled vegetable in soup.) For an extra dollar; they’ll throw in a marinated egg. The dish comes with free green tea. The service is very fast. This is a CASH ONLY place.

First time eating here and I LOVE IT! Prices are affordable and the portions are very big. They also offer a marinated egg with the noodles which was good. I ordered a bowl of the spicy chicken noodles and the chicken was very flavorful and had authentic Chinese spiciness. The shop manager is a Chinese lady from Guizhou and her husband is the chef. She was very nice, but wasn’t fluent in English. The shop was very busy in the afternoon but I still got my order in 10 minutes. Make sure to keep your receipt because they collect it as proof of your purchase. I threw mine away but the manager was nice enough to let it slide. I will definitely be coming back!
